## 🚀 Highlight: 2026 Modernization
The biggest shift in the CrossFly API. If you updated from an earlier version, start here — most of
today's compilation errors are "class that no longer exists" (see the
[fix table](/docs/troubleshooting/compilation)).

### Removed for good
`Tree`, `Grid`, `TopMenu`, `Accordion`, `Spacer`, `Velocimeter`, **PDF**, **ESC/POS**, **Barcode**
(now via camera), **printers**.

## How to update
1. Run the build and collect the `cannot find symbol` / `package does not exist` errors.
2. Apply the [fix table](/docs/troubleshooting/compilation) legacy → current.
